It's ok. But compared to what? The last time I was in there was one employee doing some accounts at one of the registers and the other employee was BS-ing with a customer who was buying a small bag of dog food. So I waited around to buy two 40 lb. bags of black oil sunflower seed. I wouldn't say service is better or worse than a number of area retailers. Most employees don't appear to have any concern about drifting from one minimum wage job to another.

Everyone is always very kind, helpful & knowledgable. The only thing im sad that changed is that you dont carry the brand of food, my budgie loves, anymore
