We still receive great customer service with Hollywood Feed because most of the staff is the same staff that was there when it Ruckers. I have to admit though that there is no where near the same amount of product and the same type of one on one service that we used to get from Ruckers. Scott Rucker was a local and it was a local company and I have to admit I do miss that camaraderie and advice given to us by a local. Something you just don't get from a larger corporation. Customer service is very good but you still do not have the inventory you need to support what the customers have come to Rucker to support for years. Very disappointing. I keep hoping every time I come back to your store that you have it together - but you are still extremely low in inventory and not in stock on many items.
