I love shopping here! The staff is so well informed on the products I’m interested in. It is always a pleasure shopping at Hollywood Feed.
Disappoointed that you took away the points that PetPeople gave us after purchasing. I like to shop local but what's the benefit if there's no perks for the customers?
Remove the mean dog that is there every time I shop , which is at least three times a week or more, The visits every day, several friends I know have changed pet shops,
I just think the name Hollywood Feed is a very stupid one. Sounds like a cheap L A diner,,, it does not match the quality of the products you sell.
The customer service is fabulous and I love the store! The name is the worst name I’ve ever seen. I would never go to a pet store called Hollywood feed. It is not a name of a pet store and sounds and looks ridiculous. I’ve complained to the store and heard many other complaints. It’s somewhat silly, but I’d raided go to another store due to the name, despite the device and great products. Please rebrand - it’s the worst, dumbest bake for a pet store.
