As soon as you walk in someone greets you and asks if you need assistance. The girl who checked me out even offered to carry my large bag of dog food to my car! Very kind

Excellent Customer Service at your Bexley location! Hilary, Gabby, Amber are AMAZING! I wish Hollywood Feed would take on some of the coupon savings, etc. that Pet People offered. That’s a major concern, if it wasn’t for appreciating Hilary, Gabby, & Amber I would definitely look to establish another source for my Pup Nico.
