The employees here are so helpful and friendly! They make us and Duke feel so welcome in store. They’re very knowledgeable on the products sold and have helped us on multiple occasions find the right stuff for our beloved Bullmastiff!

The change to Hollywood Feed did happen that day, but the clerk was kind enough to explain everything and new system, etc.

Since the merger, the only good thing about this store is the one specialty food my dog eats. I hate going there because the parking is a nightmare. The store isn't enjoyable to go into, the staff aren't as knowledgeable as the Fishers HF store was. So disappointing.
Horrible location where it's very difficult to get to and even harder to park. The store is too big & cluttered, and lacks the warmth and charm of Hollywood Feed. It also lacks the very knowledgeable staff of HF. Instead, there are just people who work the cash register. The previous location for the real HF before the merger was so much better and enjoyable to visit. I didn't shop Pet People before and dislike that it is now what I'm supposed to see as Hollywood Feed. I shop there as little as possible.
