It was by chance we saw this place because we saw a man passing by with his and he had a bag with a dog picture on it and first thought was there's a dog store here?!?!!!! My first experience was the best!!! Love all the natural one ingredient products they have for dogs and cats. Claire and her manager were so sweet and helpful. They explained everything to us about the store. Claire was a delight and was so patient with us and helped us get stuff for my dogs, especially my diabetic dog. This store is absolutely the BEST! From the manager to the employees I couldn’t ask for a better experience whenever I go in the store, and I’m in there a lot with 2 new puppies, well now they’re 6 months old. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Since I have found this store I have not walked into the big box stores once.
