Good customer service. Variety of products & if we have questions someone is able to answer them. Sure you may pay a little more for somethings but we would rather come here to a smaller store where the customer service is better & the overall experience for getting items for our pup is less hectic. Always very helpful in finding the right product or item for our pets. We have a dog with food allergies so we have to make sure all of our pet foods don't have chicken. Employees at the Oakland TN location make sure to read the ingredients and recommend products for us. Love the delivery of our pet food. Makes life much easier for us.
