Our favorite pet store! Great customer service, the store always has lots of great pet supplies and this was our first time to get our dogs nails done there and she did a wonderful job!

Good customer service. Variety of products & if we have questions someone is able to answer them. Sure you may pay a little more for somethings but we would rather come here to a smaller store where the customer service is better & the overall experience for getting items for our pup is less hectic. We are living at a time when everyone is having a hard time finding great staff so we are glad that so far you guys at this location are still able to provide good service. Always very helpful in finding the right product or item for our pets. We have a dog with food allergies so we have to make sure all of our pet foods don't have chicken. Employees at the Oakland TN location make sure to read the ingredients and recommend products for us. Love the delivery of our pet food. Makes life much easier for us.
