I called when I pulled up into the spot to pick up my order. Phone rang about 15 times Then someone answered and put me on hold. I was on hold about five minutes so I hung up and called again thinking I was forgotten about. When I called The second time the call was bumped to A district number (I think) and not the local store. The gentleman said that he would get me through. I was on hold and was talking to someone I knew in the parking lot when finally the employee came out with my order.

I was going to purchase 160 lbs of Victor High Pro Plus. 40 lbs was all that was in stock. I’m feeding some of our Mastiffs Diamond Pro 89. I was informed that you guys don’t carry that particular Diamond formula. I’ve decided to start bulk purchasing dog food from a different suppler. I’m feeding 14 English Mastiffs and I just don’t have the time to make multiple trips picking up feed.

I've bought our dog food, treats and supplies for years and been happy but after my visit this week, I'm considering ordering from chewy from now on. None of the workers were wearing masks or gloves, but that's their decision. They were, however, talking to each other and another customer about how those of us who were wearing protective masks were being stupid and over cautious and that it was "time to open everything up and if we get it, we get it." That was terrible customer service.

You had a special on dog toys buy one, get one half off, I was purchasing just 1 at the time, then saw their ad, I asked the gentleman about it n he said nothing as he was continuing to take my money for the 1 toy-we purchased ALOT of dog treats mostly at your store-i felt like he didnt care what i was asking
