Maple and I have had such pleasant experiences while shopping in our Hollywood Feed. The employees are super welcoming and helpful. Margaret Shepherd even carried Maple’s new crate out and loaded it in my vehicle for me! The store is always so clean and Maple loves visiting the store and sniffing all the toys.

1 million % Recommend this store’s self service pet washing stations. This was a great experience for us and we will use it often. The Staff makes sure the station is clean and presentable before you enter. The only thing you need is $ and your fur-baby. The tub is high off the ground, large with a rubber mat in the bottom. The spray nozzle is strong and works well. They have the shampoo & conditioner, a silicone handheld bathing scrubber. Your towels are provided and the drying station is separate from the tub. Love this place and Mrs. Margret. We brought our new Goldendoodle Dolly Mae in twice this week and let me tell you I have never experienced customer service anywhere like I did from Mrs. Margret and Hollywood Feed. I will never use a different pet store. Highly recommend.
