What an outstanding store!!! The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They know the products and make good recommendations for my pet. They are right there to ask if I need anything. This has become the only pet store I use, and I have told my friends and family. Thank you for being so awesome!

I always get my cat litter from you Dr. Elsa’s) One reason is because one of your staff recommended it and it really works. She knew what she was talking about. The second reason is they will bring it out to my car. In addition, I like your staff. They are personable. And ilove to get updates on their pets. And, I can usually find a treat or two or interesting toy…

very informative...purchased a sample for my pups to see how they would like it...they devoured it and I went back and bought a larger package and am mixing it with their previous food for stability...so far so good...nice store friendly and informative staff...
