Loved this place when it was Pet People! Pet people staff have alway been so kind and sweet to my doggos! New ownership perhaps? No more snacks for dogs and no bags tonight and had to carry out some of my purchases...I get this during holiday season so no worries... but please bring back the dogs snacks!

Excellent products, good prices, friendly service.
Very friendly and customer focused
Greeted by staff when we entered, help offered, had the products we were looking for, staff pointed out that we could donate a can of food to local animal shelter, but we’re not pushy about it, pointed out that two of the items we were buying at a buy two get one free offer, overall a good experience with good products.

Love this store. Employees super sweet and helpful. I have 6 pets so I order food through their delivery service. Orders are always right and delivered super fast. Love dropping in the store and find a great variety of products.
Selection is fantastic however employees are often pushy… I have no doubt either management or corporate is requiring their employees to act this way and it’s a common customer service model however I don’t know when businesses will learn that customers don’t enjoy being asked if they are finding everything alright 15 times in a 5 minute shopping trip.
