OMG!! I was just in your store on Smith Valley Rd in Greenwood. I seriously had the best customer experience ever… im so sorry I can not remember the girls name that helped me but she deserves a raise. She is great with people and so very helpful. Several employees were very kind also. It is so refreshing to get great customer service for a change. I love love this place and def will return. The prices were good as well and a huge selection.
The employees are so good to my dog, she loves shopping there and seeing her friendly pet people! It’s my go to pet store.
This store is AMAZING!!! Southport Rd. The crew there helped us with our new rescued puppy and was so knowledgeable and helped us find the right food, the right treats, and personal care! They took their time out to go show us the products and tell us the different types. We had such a great experience yesterday, I took my Mom in there today for her animals! Please try the experience because this is way better than a huge pet store that is just doing their job, this company shows it cares!!!
Always enjoy a trip to Pet People, very friendly, caring and helpful staff! Today was no exception....ordered online and within 1 hour, received our order at our door, adorably wrapped complete with ribbon, a handwritten note of thanks and two Easter eggs filled with treats! Way to go above and beyond <3
Great place to wash your pet! They have everything you would need. Plus, it’s a nice place to shop for doggie treats with a huge selection. 😊
