They have oxbo rewards to apply coupons when you buy X amount that can be used for future which is very helpful!! I am adjusting the review because I called customer service and spoke with the store manager about SunSeed/ Sun Fun food being VERY BAD for the animals. I spoke with my exotic vet for my guinea pigs, birds & rabbits they said don’t EVER use this & ween the animals off it. The team at the Greenwood store is awesome and so helpful. Love the selection of treats and chews. I bring my dog Bubba in for weekly baths due to allergies and really appreciated the discount card for dog baths. Sadly this was discontinued this year which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Love this Pet store. Associates greet you with a smile every time you enter. Always helpful. They will offer to carry the big dry food bags to your car if needed. My favorite pet store.
