We are always greeted by a staff person when we walk in and the staff are always so helpful!!! When we bring in our pooch, they always pay attention to her and offer a treat! We love the great array of products but especially support the store because of the staff!

The store workers and cashier were friendly they asked if I needed help also how's my day.
Kurt and Dayn are absolutely wonderful and clearly truly care about animals and their wellbeing. We brought our very nervous foster dog in to shop for chews which we found helps him a lot with his anxiety and energy levels. Kurt helped guide us through which chews to buy, suggesting No Hides as an alternative to bully sticks that'd be gentle on his teeth, as well as collagen chews. Our pup loves both, and also let Kurt give him pets. Dayn was lovely to chat with and gave us advice on helping our foster with his reactivity. T... read more
Dayna and her team are amazing! Not sure who likes seeing them more... me or my dog! I think we are bias though because they always make great suggestions.
Always friendly. Greets you when you walk in the door. Great to you my dog. Asks if they can give her treats and if she has any allergies. Overall always a great experience😊!
