Employee greeted and asked if he could help me upon entering the store. Very friendly staff. We joked and laughed while paying for my purchases. Will return in the future.

Fast and courteous. Great sales! The only issue I had was when the company transfers the shipping orders to local stores and they do not have the stock to fulfill the entire order and end up asking to substitute. It can be confusing especially with a big order. There should be a way for local stores to communicate the lack and send info back over to have it shipped from your warehouse.

The staff at Hollywood Feed are Very knowledgeable. I needed some information for a new puppy in our family. She was not presently eating her food and we wanted to make sure we got a good dog food to feed her.
