The staff know and love their products and the animals that come in. Bri, at Stoneridge, especially does an excellent job genuinely pointing out products she thinks my dog will love. I go there just to see her and pay extra for the TLC

I’ve been coming there for years. I’ve always been happy with the quality of food and treats! You have a very helpful staff. I do have to admit that the new name is horrible in my opinion. It sounds so superficial and doesn’t make me think of pets at all. Pet People made me feel like our pets are loved and connected with. I really don’t like the new name at all. I would never stop there if I were a perspective customer and never heard of the place. I would keep driving by.
