I’ve been coming there for years. I’ve always been happy with the quality of food and treats! You have a very helpful staff. I do have to admit that the new name is horrible in my opinion. It sounds so superficial and doesn’t make me think of pets at all. Pet People made me feel like our pets are loved and connected with. I really don’t like the new name at all. I would never stop there if I were a perspective customer and never heard of the place. I would keep driving by.

In the 1950s, Hollywood Feed opened our first pet supply store on the corner of Hollywood Street and Chelsea Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee. Explained to the customer service employees my dogs situation at this time and they gave me suggestions. Worked out nicely and the employees went above and beyond to help me, super kind people and a great experience
Overall experience was good. Only negative was we had to wait a long time as you probably need to hire 1 more employee
Always greeted by a very pleasant and helpful staff. The store always looks orderly and clean. Much better than the other pet stores in the area.

The Gahanna location is ALWAYS friendly & welcoming to me. I dont think ive ever walked through the door and NOT been greeted-- even if employee is stocking in the back of the store. Makes spending my money here easier. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.
Must admit that every experience has been quite enjoyable … everyone I’ve dealt with has been on top of the game, great advice on any and all questions … definitely would give them a chance. Look forward to my next stop
