My mum has been in this care home since February 2022. I was extremely impressed with the first year of her stay and didn’t think they could exceed their care any more but they have more than done this, from the domestic staff right up to the manager, every department has gone above and beyond their duty in my opinion. Absolutely wonderful care home all the staff are amazing the care and love they give my mum who is in the late stage of Dementia is 100%, they all make you feel like one of the family and nothing is too much trouble.

Absolutely brilliant care home, the support and love they have not only given my nan but my whole family. My nan went to Holmer Court in February 2022 and has a lovely little room with a massive window and flowers everywhere. It’s very cosy and just like home. My grandad would visit my nan nearly every day and when we unfortunately lost my grandad in December 2022 the care home went above and beyond with the comfort they gave the whole family during that time. Such a wonderful and caring care home. It really is home from home. My mum has been in Holmer for a while now and she is incredibly happy. All of the staff are incredible. When we visit, we feel part of the Holmer family. A truly amazing care home.

We have just moved our Mum to Holmer Court Care Home from another care home she was forced into. The difference in the staff, the property, the facilities and the atmosphere are unbelievable. All of the anxiety and worry we felt following our Mum's neglect at the other home dissipated within a matter of two days. I am grinning from ear to ear knowing I can leave her and she will be safe and cared for properly when I’m not there. Thank you all at Holmer Court, you’re amazing.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff. My sister who is in the home seems so happy there. my first visit I was different food. They always offer a cup of tea. I cannot fault it.

From the moment the manager came to our house to discuss taking my father into their home we were confident that we had been lucky in finding this place. All of Dad's needs and likes including food, drink, TV, and hobbies were discussed. When we took Dad for his first day we had various talks with different staff as to what happens and the basic stuff going on. The chef even asked exactly what foods he liked and disliked. My Nan has been in Holmer Court Care Home since February 2022. The care that she has received there has been exemplary. We have never had any problems. All of the staff have been incredible in caring for my Nan. She is so incredibly happy in this home and for that myself and my family are very thankful. The staff, residents and families are all like one big family.

What an amazing warm friendly place. I cannot say enough good about it. So welcoming and everybody so happy. Just blown away with the place. Mum is still settling in but I know she will be happy, comfortable and cared for.
