The Best in Lake County
The reception got my son and I appointments in a very timely manner. We had no wait time to be seen. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer our questions. Dr. Patel and her staff make our dental visits very comfortable. I have always had a great experience here!
I been going to this place for about 10 years but the last two have been with Sonia shes very polite and professional The staff as well very patient with kids
Dr Patel is a fine dentist based on my experience. The staff are also caring and helpful. Only thing I would request that I did not get is an itemized receipt so that I can reconcile it with what my insurance pays.
My experience overall has been great at Holy Family. Dr. Patel, the other doctors, and the assistants are all extremely helpful. With all the dental work I need, they have been so patient with me and have gone to the extreme to get the work done correctly, no matter what complication occured, while taking care of their other patients as well. Thanks Dr. Patel and staff!! See you soon.
