The Dentist was excellent and explain why I was delayed in receiving treatment. My appointment was at 10:00 and the clerk had difficulty getting insurance approval. I learn this from the Doctor, it would be nice if the clerk inform/explain of any delays to the patients. otherwise everything else went well.Â
