We have wasted time finding four different properties and home partners lowballs every single one by 10 to 15% on homes listed for $500,000. Even when our realtor provides home partners with home sales within a 1 mile radius within 30 days, using fresh data to dispute why they are lowballing sellers, they get a canned response from home partners. it's clear they are not interested in servicing the Minneapolis area and are ready to pull out. Why doesn’t your management team, pathlight, fix anything? Why? I have called and called and called. I have been put on hold for more than an hour then told that someone will call back but they never do!!! They don’t come out when they’re supposed to and then add fees with no due date then count it as late. Wtf is that? Huh? Someone answer! I have made a bbb report and no answer. Wow shocker! They keep putting fee after fee on the ledger. It makes no sense and no explanation either. No repairs done nothing !! Not a thing!
