Low ball offers will not work with agents completely ignore us and are super rude not to mention the clients that have moved in have so many issues and their property management company will not help them. Also the biggest scam is they will try to get a property for less and then they will still sell it back to client and base their rent price off of the listing price they have been offering 20-30k less and then still charging the client that try devvy or trio much better !

Home partner whole mission statement is committed to making homeownership a reality for more people. However that has not been the my case for me. Homepartners “low balls” offers in DFW TX and frustrates their agents and prospective tenants. They require a 620 credit score and WILL NOT negotiate their offer. Also, will not consider homes with pools in TX as well as no new homes. The offers, submissions and closing team all hide behind emails and will not communicate with their real estate agents. Homepartners didn't make sure all the taxes on the property were paid at purchase and we just got a notice that there is a lien on the property in which we are renting with notice that the unit is going up for court sale. This should never be something that a tenant has to deal with. Have had countless other issues with utilities in the 5 months since we've been with HP all on their end.

The application process was easy however when choosing a home. Home partners each time has always low balled the offer so bad that the sellers have been disrespected. I have lost out on several good options because each time they came with a low ball offer and they refuse to up their offer. I thought this would be a good program but just cause they think their cash offer is competitive. Stop leaving their customers hanging--Pathlight Property management is the worst management company on Earth! They have been a menace since day 1 of renting from them & now have left me high and dry in a health hazard.
