Placed service call on Friday through home warranty. Our AC was not working. Appt made for following Monday between 12-4. Received call around 8 AM from repair person stating they would be at our home around 8:30 AM. He was friendly, respectful and figured out problem & repaired quickly. With temps in the upper 80's I was so appreciative he came early.
Raphael worked extremely hard. He was very professional and knowledgeable...unfortunately he was not able to fix it.
