Repair was completed Technician was professional and pleasant. Took a little while to get ac part and get installed. Freon charge was very expensive on top of service call fee Otherwise its cooling down.

Although the tech didn't arrive until the last minute of the time frame promised, he did arrive. He found the problem rather quickly, confirmed his diagnosis and provided a temporary fix until he could get the part required.

Mike was great. Called within the time line and was in and out quickly. Checked the tank and also changed the flap. Great personality as well.
