Their office staff is pleasant to work with and helped me set up time for an estimate. *** arrived on time and spent quite a bit of time examining my roof in detail looking for damaged areas and measuring for an accurate bid cost. I’ve had LeafGuard for more than 10 years. No more annual gutter cleaning. Since installation, a phone call to address a couple issues have been immediately resolved. When hail left my system damaged they were proactive and professional. Most recently, when replacing the hail-damaged gutters, The crew came when they said they came would, did another great installation job, and - VERY IMPORTANT - left my property immaculate. This bunch is 5*

HSI has done an amazing job with our roof and Leaf Guard gutters. They were on time, professional, courteous, and left the property cleaned of all debris. We are very happy with HSI.
The crew showed up on time and even helped me take down an old waterbed frame and haul it to my truck. They worked until 7:00 that night and had to come back the next day to finish up insulation job. Crew was very friendly and worked hard to get things done right. They also did a very good job of cleaning up both days after they were done.
