I no longer need to make the long drive to BT'S BBQ as I now have Blondies. The BBQ here is most AWESOME! Brisket is moist,tender and flavorful. They smoke with Red and White Oak woods to give just the right amount of smoke flavor. Also my wife is the Pulled Pork Queen and her comment on the Pulled Pork sandwich was it was "GREAT". THANK YOU Blondie's for the commitment!!!
