This place was outstanding.
Viet Nom has delicious broth and the bone-in short rib is awesome! So why only 4 stars? a few small things together made me stop that last star. the biggest one: no tendon. If you're jonesing for tendon this isn't your place, but if you couldn't care less you'll love it. This won't be our go-to but it's definitely top 5. Totally worth it.
