The food was delicious and staff (especially Om and the chef) were very attentive and welcoming. We will definitely be back whenever we are in the area. I wish they had a location near Asheville, we would be there every week!

They Squeezed me in when they were booked up because I had a broken engine mount and it made my muffler break. I took my car to Johnny Franklin's first because I assumed it was just the muffler and they told me that the engine mount(s) broke and the engine was moving up and down and caused the muffler to break. They fixed the muffler and said I needed to go to my mechanic as soon as possible to fix the engine mount(s) or the new muffler could break. I called and explained this to Complete Autom
I ordered one of their dog beds from them on 12-31-24. My credit card was IMMEDIATELY charged over $100. 3 weeks later still nothing. They were emailing with me (huge mistake because it becomes an indisputable communication) and their email was rude and disingenuous. The woman I was dealing with initially, Marjory, got caught in a lie that I proved, and when I called her out on the lie, I suddenly got another employee, Tyler S, who wanted to give me a $10 gift card as compensation . Not!
