After an initial delay arriving the service was completed professionally and quickly. The man( sorry he was called Paul but didn’t pickup the surname) who arrived was very pleasant and amiable and explained what he was doing throughout the process. He offered useful advice on how to look after the machines for the future. No fuss or mess ,the hoovers were cleaned ready to use. No problems at all, very happy with the service, will return next year when the services are due, thank you.

Diagnosed problem on my oven straight away, and had a new element on his van. Fixed! Very nice chap and very efficient. Checked all working ok before he left 👍🏻
Gary the engineer came today as directed on time, he was very helpful and polite and managed to get me one of your new cordless vacuums at a very god rate, which should arrive tomorrow. so excellent service.

Excellent thank you. Information about the repair to the multifunction oven was advised and an engineer booked. I hadn’t realised repairs were covered as well as cleaning, so we are most grateful for that information. The doors were “split” to clean the inside class which wasn’t done last time so the result was much better.
