Very efficient and polite and punctual
Lee arrived on time & did a great job of cleaning my Oven. He recommended paying £7.00 a month to cover my oven for future repairs. He worked effectively & efficiently & cleaned up after the whole area. Thank you.

Lee came early and was an absolute gentleman. Clearly k nows all about your services and diagnosed the problem quickly. He then arranged for an engineer to return when the spare part comes in. Very professional service

Hi George was excellent at the job of servicing my battery operated Dyson and upright Dyson.He was helpful and knowledgeable about the product and suggested if I was to replace my old Dyson that isn't made anymore,I would get a discount as a valued customer.
The serviceman was very polite and conducted his work. He did not have one of the filters and said that will be sent on. I think that is a shortfall of the service you provide.. You know before attending what the make and models of the cleaners are. My view is that should automatically trigger equipping the serviceman with the right disposables before they attend. Please act on this matter. Otherwise all was well and thank you.
