Very thorough service cleanly done.Vacuum cleaner now has good suction and looks very clean. Connor very personable. Informed me about what was done in the service & also about the new company. Trainee Luke was also here & was pleasant and obviously taking in the way to do the service and how to communicate with the customer.

The service engineer was excellent. I am not however impressed in having to wait 5 days to get an engineer to look at my washing machine.
