Blaen was both friendly and helpful. He did what he came to do and I was happy with the results. He demonstrated an upgrade appliance but it wasn't what I wanted. A piece on on mine was broken. He said he would source a replacement part and I should get it in about 2 to 3 weeks. He was spot on. I am delighted with the service I get every year. Thank you, Blaen and your team!
Andy was cheerful and smiling when he arrived after what I’m sure had been a long day. He worked quickly and efficiently and sorted our Dyson in no time. I said no thanks to the extra things he told me about that the company provides. He accepted that which I appreciated.

I was very happy the way George worked on my hoover he was very thorough and explained what he was doing . George found it needed another part to fix the problem so it has now been ordered. George was very nice and polite.
