The 2 gentlemen that have been involved with the repair to my vacuum cleaner have absolutely amazing and because of them I have given a 3 star rating I would have given 1 star if it was based on the length of time it has taken for the repair. 3 weeks is not good customer service

Chris was thorough and efficient. Worked in a tidy manor and cleared up well . Gave advice on the machine .( I’m waiting for a filer ( though I’m washing the one I have ) before I can try the Hoover to see if suction on the base has improved. Shame you as a company don’t keep them in stock as this happened last time , though Chris said you normally have some in ) . Thanks Chris . .
Absolutely fabulous
Gary was on time - he text me to let me know he was on his way. He saw to my Dyson straight away and showed me the problem and how to deal with it if happened again. Gary is very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.
