excellent service, well pleased
the man that came was pleasant and efficient and did a good job
Very helpful engineer who diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me the solution to it. He was also helpful in providing information on products and services that Homecare provide. One negative thing though, you addressed the text to Mr Thundercliffe. It is myself, Mrs Thundercliffe who holds the account and manages appointments and communication and whose name is on the invoice. .
Luke was polite and did a great job
The chappie was very friendly and thorough and told me all about the products you provide.
