We have been very impressed by the service we have received. Our initial phone call was answered promptly and we were allocated an engineer. Lee arrived in spite of some local access difficulties and was very friendly and efficient. He qui ckly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts. Couldn't really ask for more
Matthew was friendly, courteous and efficient. He did a great job and we’re happy with the results of the shampooing. Matthew gave his demo but it’s one we’ve had before so purchasing the equipment was a non-starter really. Anyway, well done Matthew and thank you.
Christopher let me know when he was on his way. He explained everything that he was doing as he did it. He was very professional, polite and friendly. He explained about all the other offers for white goods and the oven plan. He showcased the G26 and allowed me to test it. I have decided to take out the oven plan and am looking forward to a nice clean oven. Thank you to Christopher for a great service.

Lee was very professional and polite. He investigated the problem and followed safety precautions when doing this. When he found the fault he quickly organised ordering the parts and explained that we would be informed when they arrived. Excellent customer service.
Engineer arrived promptly and was very efficient, helpful and courteous.
My cooker is now shining clean. The 2 men who came were polite and hard workers. Took pride in their work. Mike was assisted by a young man I think his name is. Macauley
