Gary was efficient and explained everything regarding my Dyson vac. He ordered a new piece which was broken and ensured it would be delivered quickly. He gave me the option of fitting the new piece myself or another engineer coming out to do what was just a small job. I agreed I could fit it myself after he gave clear instructions.
