I was not very impressed with David. He really didn't seem to know what he was doing and definitely did not know the product. He did manage to fix the problem however.Ā
The young man Andy was polite and kind he repaired my cleaner in a short time no fuss no mess just got on with the job. I would highly recommend him and the company who i have been with for a number of yearsĀ
