The 2 gentlemen that have been involved with the repair to my vacuum cleaner have absolutely amazing and because of them I have given a 3 star rating I would have given 1 star if it was based on the length of time it has taken for the repair. 3 weeks is not good customer service

Chris was thorough and efficient. Worked in a tidy manor and cleared up well . Gave advice on the machine .( I’m waiting for a filer ( though I’m washing the one I have ) before I can try the Hoover to see if suction on the base has improved. Shame you as a company don’t keep them in stock as this happened last time , though Chris said you normally have some in ) . Thanks Chris . .
