Christopher let me know when he was on his way. He explained everything that he was doing as he did it. He was very professional, polite and friendly. He explained about all the other offers for white goods and the oven plan. He showcased the G26 and allowed me to test it. I have decided to take out the oven plan and am looking forward to a nice clean oven. Thank you to Christopher for a great service.

Lee was very professional and polite. He investigated the problem and followed safety precautions when doing this. When he found the fault he quickly organised ordering the parts and explained that we would be informed when they arrived. Excellent customer service.

Absolutely fantastic. Engineer arrived Monday afternoon, diagnosed problem, ordered parts 4.30pm,. Parts arrived Tuesday lunchtime. Engineer arrived 8.00am Wednesday morning, all fixed by 9.00am. Well pleased!! I
