Liam was very professional did a good job with a very old vacuum, only down side I ask when called by yourselves to make an appointment I specifically ask for not an early appointment but Liam arrived at 8 o’clock not his fault but your office needs to be told to listen to what the costumer says. Liam coped very well with a grumpy old lady
