Engineer arrived promptly, was polite and efficient, serviced my machine and left it in perfect condition.
Engineer completed the job well and left the house clean and tidy. He was pleasant and informative a bout the work he was doing. I mentioned the time expected was 12-4 and he apologised and asked if I had received a text with the new time, which I had not I did however receive a text to say he was on his way x
