Gary arrived promptly and started work straight away he was very friendly and nothing was a problem cleaned the carpet to our satisfaction
Wayne was friendly efficient and did an excellent job on my cooket
Brilliant help, kind and patient Will explained everything to me regarding boiler and Service plan so I can relax and hopefully not worry about heating until next year. If anything did go wrong I know Homecare would sort any problems out. Very impressed.

Timings all to pot but not Gary’s fault. My conversation last Friday was between 1&3. Text yesterday said morning so I phoned up to arrange 11.30ish & it was 3pm!!!! I even cancelled my lunch out & there was no need!!!!! Nice chap. He noticed some broken parts which was the reason why the vacuum wasn’t picking up well. Vacuums serviced & parts ordered
The engineer was friendly and well informed. He checked the machine thoroughly before making a diagnosis.
