Once again a quick call to discuss the problem and then a date arranged for the engineer to attend. Text message received to advise of the expected time slot and then a second to say the engineer on way. Lee came in, quickly sorted the problem. He was polite, professional and very knowledgable of the products.

It took a long time, about 4 weeks, to get our repair done. One appointment was cancelled due to the engineer being stuck on the M6 for half a day! Also this included the Easter period. However all is now well and the engineer ,David, was very pleasant and polite and did his job.

Very well. Aaron was well inside the arrival time suggested (afternoon). I had a text hour before he arrived, and he arrived about 50 minutes later. He was cheerful, respectful, and worked all the time he was here, explaining what he was going to do to clean the oven. He did a brilliant job and the oven shines like new. I am very pleased with the result.
