2July 2024.John Rimmer came to carry out a gas C.H. boiler service. He was punctual, pleasant, efficient and helpful with advice. I had no hesitation in signing up for an annual service arrangement. Looking at the invoice and account details after he had left, I noticed that they were under the name of “Mrs Waterson”. Sadly, my wife died in 2015; the account should be in my name. Will you please update that for future use.

Very friendly & impressive service. Next day call out service to a dishwasher breakdown. Immediate ordering of required parts by engineer Lee, & immediate next available slot booking for repair on arrival of parts (within a couple of days).
