Representative very efficient and sorted out our problem with the Dyson vacuum fairly quickly.
Paul had to call twice, and order a part. He was punctual and very efficient.
Colin, lovely man, came and cleaned my sofa and 2 Dysons, very pleased.. Took a little while for sofa to dry out but pleased with end result.
