Gary was excellent 100% professional from start to finish. Arrived earlier than expected which was unusual as usually people from other companies are often late. He kept me fully informed of what was wrong and how he was fixing. Very clean & tidy. Left having completed the entire task in less than 45 mins Excellent.

Repair man was polite, easy to discuss the repair with and generally very nice. However I did not receive the free carbon monoxide alarm as previously discussed…. But I cannot say that I am surprised as I never get hoover bags after my Kirby is serviced, something that I actually pay for!!!
