Arran was very professional . Very friendly and loved the fact he used the words “ me duck” I thought that was Ilkeston Slang, but apparently not. . I would say Arran went above and beyond to make my oven and washing machine sparkle clean , and look like new. ! Called Homecare as we had an issue with the washing machine …the service we received was second to none an appointment was swiftly made. We received a text message on the day to inform us that the engineer was on his way, Paul arrived and was friendly, courteous and very professional he understood the issue quickly and fixed it leaving everything tidy as before. I cannot recommend Homecare and Paul enough and would not hesitate to use them again
