The man who came was excellent but he specializes in Hoovers and despite trying did not have the tools to deal with fitting a water filter to a Samsung large refrigerator. He told us arrangements would be made for another engineer to come as soon as possible to carry out the work.

Andy arrived, was chatty and friendly. Serviced the vacuum cleaner in the kitchen with minimal mess, cleaned up after himself. He explained what he’d done and how to make the best use of my quite old dyson 07 vacuum cleaner.
