Colin was exceptionally polite and was very thorough with the work he carried out. All rubbish was collected and thrown away.
Gary was a friendly Dyson mender who sorted out the problem quickly. We now have a new part ordered so happy with home care service.
Phil was a lovely man, very polite and pleasant did a great job on the ovens. The only reason I held a star back was because he arrived 45 minutes after the allotted time but I understand how things can overrun and travelling time between jobs should be taken into account so I didn’t hold him personally responsible
My Dyson vacuum was serviced very well by a friendly engineer who gave me good advice about other services on offer.

Perfect explained everything to me ie seal gone on the oven etc and how clean the oven is now I felt ashamed to let him clean it but Andrew has done a fantastic job that I can't think of words to say how happy I am also he mentioned the extractor fan needs something doing so I have added that to my contract from today thank you please can he come again?
Lee was a credit to your company, efficient and polite. The only minor issue was that I was told by your office he was coming at 0900, and I was still in bed when he arrived just after 0800.
