The lad was personable and did a good job of the cleaning but there was far too much emphasis on trying to sell replacement goods. I requested a cleaning service not a sales visit and it felt like the sales were the priority and the cleaning a minor point.
Totally professional, so pleased with the result. Highly recommended.
