I'm pleased with the finished project, however there were some bumps along the way. Workers initially broke the incorrect window; they fixed the problem but my stress levels skyrocketed momentarily. We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. I am very pleased with the final installation. The door adds to the look of the exterior of my home. I was also impressed with the number of representatives who came by to check on the installation, answer my questions, and to call attention to the transfer of the life time warranty to any future owner. From sales to cleanup ,it was a top notch job!

Did not call to let me know they were coming out; just a text message the job was completed. Left a bag of trash behind the house and found gutter spikes in the yard.
